We don’t showcase our talent
Don’t expect to have the opportunity of just being showcased, unlike some other modelling websites. We don’t put up our model’s photo reel online and leave it at just that either. Models Direct certainly don’t make any flashy claims either and pretend to dish out invaluable advice all the while not actively helping our hub of models get connected to our leading clients whenever they call for their look…
Nor do we ask our models to pay us for their portfolio and charge extortionate fees for compiling something that they could do very well by themselves.
Our talent agency is registered and regulated
Models Direct are a talent agency, through and through. We don’t make wild claims of guaranteeing our models work. It isn’t realistic nor is it fair to be misleading. We don’t bury our terms and conditions with a web of declarations stating the opposite to what our colourful landing page states.
We are a government-regulated employment agency that helps our models find work which means we follow through the legalities of seeking modelling work. Models Direct didn’t want to take the easy route (like other online modelling agencies have) by not legislating our procedures so as a model, expect us to follow this through with regular inspections by the HM Government’s Employment Agency inspectorate, Business Innovation and Skills (BIS), need we say more?

Our registration process is simple and straightforward. It’s all online and free too!
Our panel will add our models to our books and start looking for work for them once registered.
Models will be assigned to a coordinator who will specifically deal with their modelling journey. Models will receive their direct number and email so models can liaise with them. They’ll benefit from Models Direct’s 30 years of strong expertise in the field.
We keep our models in the loop about any assignments they have been selected for, propose the work and how much they’ll be paid through our negotiation promise (ensuring our models get paid the best price.) We give our talent the chance to apply for assignments too! Now over to our models. What do we expect from them?
Keeping their ePortfolio up to date
We do inform our models that we need an up to date ePortfolio. We all have changing looks particularly those who are under 10 so it’s important to keep images current and real-time.
Communication is key
As lovely as it would be just to drop in and say hi, our coordinators use their time proactively searching for bookings for our models. We know communication is essential so we keep our models updated with modelling related weekly emails consisting of our blogs, agency news and booking information together with our modelling eMag IMAGE. We ask our models to read our content and check out our social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram, to see what the latest scoop is in our world.
