A lot of time and planning goes into every assignment by one of the booking coordinators at Models Direct. The coordinator will have built up a relationship with the client, will have spent time understanding their requirements and searched for the ideal models to put forward to the client as options – sometimes this can be quite a long winded process!
Once the client has made a short list of the models they are interested in for their campaign/shoot, the booking coordinator will start contacting the models to find out their availability and whether or not it’s an opportunity they would be interested in.
Contacting people by phone is becoming more and more challenging, there are now so many platforms to message one another on that picking up the phone seems to be a last resort, so making contact with models can be tricky believe it or not!
A short list of available and interested models is then presented to the client for them to make their final decision on who they will choose to use and may well have lots of questions for the booking coordinator at Models Direct.
When one of our agents gets the final decision from the client then it’s go go go at this end! The model(s) are contacted and given the good news and all the arrangements are put into place and model is briefed – so as you can imagine all of this can take some time!
That’s why it’s so lovely when our models give us assignment feedback, this could be videos and pics of your assignment experience, behind the scenes sneak peeks on set or location, or a write up of what how it went and what you what you had to do – after being so involved it’s great for the Models Direct agents to here your successes!!
