Modelling as a couple

Modelling as a couple is a very realistic opportunity for anyone looking for their next Models Direct job. Do we need couples? Yes, we do. Couples are vital to a lot of our clients, and more so than you might think. We always have jobs requiring teams of two models, and they appear to be getting more abundant as we grow every year.

Many couples lead busy lives, their schedules seemingly jam-packed with numerous activities. It’s often difficult to achieve a perfect work: social life ratio, and yet modelling can provide the ultimate relief to break up a hectic timetable. What’s more, modelling can be (well paid) and is refreshingly fun. For couples, modelling gives a different slant to their daily activities. What’s more, modelling can be done to suit a couple’s schedule, and we understand if models cannot commit to a job because of other commitments.

The reason for the number of opportunities lies with the sheer diversity of vetted clients we work with. They regularly need all sorts of models of all ages and backgrounds to contribute to their exciting advertising and marketing campaigns. We have the big-name clients, and we have the wealth of modelling talent to fill the modelling roles. But as an agency, we don’t rest on our collective laurels, so we look forward putting forward even more models for the right jobs on offer.

Couples are invaluable in many modelling situations. It’s worth noting that we don’t just ask “real life” couples to get in touch with us. We’ve placed many couples who’ve met each other for the first time in jobs, and we’re pleased to say that the camaraderie always shines through on set. New friendships can be made, too, with the obvious chemistry transferring from the assignment to their social lives.

So, strangers can make the perfect couple in modelling jobs, as this recent shoot in Wales proves. Being natural and open goes a long way to creating the ideal result. We’ve placed hundreds of models as couples in jobs across the UK – the demand has always been there, and it shows no signs of diminishing.

That said, real life couples are like gold dust to most of our clients. They always ask us to provide camera-friendly duos with the confidence and panache to make any modelling assignment come alive. Couples often shine on camera when they feel more comfortable in each other’s company, sharing smiles and reacting to each other’s mannerisms.

Couples don’t have to be married to be coupling models, although we find that invariably these are the most popular choice for our clients. Lifelong friends and partners can still provide the right on-camera presence to please the big brands – if there is chemistry, and the models have the right looks for the job it’s all good news.

Perhaps couples are more sought-after in hospitality assignments, as family / couples make up a large part of the sector’s customer base. Couples love to spend time away from home, so getaways are always popular.

If you’ve always wanted to be a modelling couple – or would just like to earn some extra money – we have the opportunities to cater for all pairs!
