Junior model Anna enjoyed making friends:
After her assignment she said:
“This is the first time I have modelled for Models Direct and I really enjoyed it. I had so much fun both working and having fun! The crew that was with me today was very friendly and patient and offered a lot of help when things were difficult. They spoke to us kindly and didn’t boss us around and shout at us, but they explained nicely. I met a lot of new friends and I hope to work with them again soon.”
Teen model Amelia said she gained confidence and learned new skills:
“This shoot for Oasis Floral, was my first assignment, I learned about how a shoot goes and what you have to do. I was nervous beforehand but after getting my hair and makeup done, I started to feel more comfortable,” she admitted. Getting my makeup done professionally, was definitely the part I enjoyed the most! I joined Models Direct because I wanted to pursue my hobbies professionally, which has always always been an ambition of mine, also for the experience. I have definitely gained a bit of confidence from this assignment; all the people there were lovely and made me really comfortable and ensured that I looked nice. My advice for anyone thinking of pursing work with a talent agency is just to go for it. It’s an amazing experience and it will boost your confidence and teach you new skills.”
Young female model Rachel enjoyed working with other models:
“Everyone involved was so warm and welcoming, and there was a genuinely lovely, conversational vibe to the day. It was a brilliant first toe-dip into modelling, and initial apprehensions were very quickly dispelled. The real icing on the cake was having a brilliant rapport with the other models – we really seemed to click and had so much in common. There were laughs a plenty! Models direct made this opportunity really easy: I was well informed and given plenty of notice and encouragement. I wouldn’t hesitate to accept another similar assignment!”
Diana, an older female model, loved the makeover and the friendly ambience!
“I was involved in a photo shoot for Aviva. The day went very smoothly from start to finish and I was given all the information I needed prior to the shoot. I was given a lovely makeover and all the staff at Krow were wonderful, very friendly, supportive and helpful. It was one of my best days and I would like to say a very big thank you to everyone involved.”
And Anne, another mature female model, relished having the opportunity to try something new:
“I’ve just completed my first modelling job for Models Direct – Who’d have believed I’d be a model at 57 years old! I was quite nervous when I arrived in the car park but with such a friendly relaxed atmosphere, I had lost my nerves before we started shooting. The lovely team helped me every step of the way and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I look forward hopefully to many more jobs.”
