Updating your e-portfolio every few months is essential so both our team here and our clients can be sure we are seeing the very latest images of you.
When clients come to us and request models with very specific looks we have to be sure we are putting forward a group of people for them to choose from who match that description.
If we search through the e-portfolios of our models and see only very old shots then it is hard for us to take the decision to put you forward.
After all, you might have a different hairstyle, body shape, piercing or tattoo now…
And parents who manage their baby or child model’s e-portfolio will be especially understanding of this because we all know how fast youngsters change and grow.
So, how should you bring a little seasonal sparkle to your e-portfolio?
Well, taking and uploading a few images of you in winter wear will make your photos appear particularly fresh and up-to-date.
Go through your wardrobe and see what you can dig out to reflect the colours of the season.
Burnt orange, electric navy, vibrant coral and leafy greens are all high fashion this winter 2024.
So if you can dig any of these shades out and team them up with charcoal, black or white, you will be bang on trend.
If you don’t have any of these colours to hand, then no worries at all but let’s see some scintillating winter layering going on.
Grab a few different textures – silk, satin, linen or cotton – and top them off with a lovely piece of chunky knitwear.
And don’t be afraid to snap a few shots in your outside gear either – woolly hats, colourful scarves and bright jackets or coats can look magnificent and add that winter flavour to your pictures.
Your winter modelling photos can be taken anywhere but getting out and about in a wintry park, with blue skies and the bare branches of trees behind you can look fabulous at this time of year.
And, of course, if there is any frost – or even snow – to add an extra helping of icy essence to your pictures, then do make the most of it while you can!
Winter doesn’t have to be dark and depressing – it can be bright, colourful and fun.
