What kind of male modelling jobs do you get?

Whilst females might have been in the spotlight for many years, males stole some of the limelight and are in equal demand in the world of commercial modelling.

Females are still more desirable in high-end fashion modelling – largely due to the attention of fashion shows, famous designers and assorted perfumes. Males are seen more often in the media promoting similar items, and they’ve been used far more often in the past few years in commercial modelling – something that we know, as we’ve placed thousands with top clients all around the country.

Male models are just as versatile as females. There’s no league table, of course, though male modelling has been on the increase for the past decade. Consequently, the types of jobs we can offer males are as diverse as the models themselves.

Commercial male fashion is a good place to start. We’ve placed many male models with top fashion brands, setting the set alight posing in the latest clobber. Fittings models are seen in by the public daily, whether online, in brochures and catalogues or in adverts in shop windows. It’s a staple of the commercial modelling industry, and the demand will always be there.

But we offer many more opportunities for 18 year + males than conventional fashion, and it’s these which we’ll focus on.

Hundreds of our clients do not specialise in fashion. They could be any of the following:

  • Large travel operators.
  • Retail outlets.
  • Local councils.
  • Hospitality giants.
  • Finance / insurance companies.
  • Luxury brands.

The common link is that at some stage they’ll all require the best commercial male models to elevate their marketing campaigns and keep their services at the forefront of business. “Real life” models are key to making their business ticking over, and we’re the preferred agency they approach to find the right models for the right job.

What could be more relevant for a large brewery than asking models to pose in their pubs as customers? That’s exactly what super-brewery Greene King have done on numerous occasions. Could this be a typical male model’s dream assignment? Quite possibly!

With larger budgets and a bigger customer base (potentially, at least), most brands are constantly looking for ways of increasing revenue. A large slice of any budget is reserved to advertising, and this is where our models really have the chance to shine.

Males comprise a large part of most agency’s models – jobs are always available to those who want to earn money and have fun doing so.

Examples of some our most recent male modelling jobs include:

Male model required for a shoot for a well-known sports and leisure brand. Age Range: 35 years – 48 years.

Male model required for a holiday-themed jewellery and watch shoot. Age Range: 25 – 35 years.

Male models required for a footwear and coffee brand shoot. Age Range: 25 years – 45 years.

Male models required for a financial website online social advert. Age Range: 40 years – 55 years.

Commercial modelling isn’t always posing in clothes in front of a camera. Typically, they are acting as customers or members of the public to make campaigns as realistic as possible.
