At Models Direct we take every possible precaution to protect your data and keep you safe.
We adhere to the latest legislation, including the Data Protection Act, and we always go above and beyond when it comes to ensuring the well-being of our male, female and child models.
These are just some of the steps we take to look after you and your information:
1 Every client we take on is vetted and every assignment we offer our models is thoroughly investigated.
2 When our models are on assignment, they have one point of contact at our agency who they know they can call if they have any concerns at all.
3 Child models are always accompanied by a parent, guardian or official chaperone.
4 If a model decides to apply and our selection panel accepts them, then they will be given a secure e-portfolio. This is an online portal where they can upload photographs and information about themselves.

5 Each portal has a unique login and password so our models can be sure that no one other than they, us and our clients (for a very limited time period) have access.
6 Any images uploaded to an e-portfolio are not freely available for anyone else to view online unless agreed to by the model. They are entrusted to us for the very specific purpose of finding work for that model and it is our responsibility to ensure that this trust is respected.
7 No personal information on the e-portfolio can be viewed online by anyone external.
8 Once vetted, our clients are given a time-limited, single-use access code to enable them to view a specific selection of our models that match their requirements for a particular assignment.
9 If any of our models ever have any concerns at any time about their data protection or safety, they are welcome to contact us at our head office and we will respond quickly and investigate the situation.
Our models are our priority and this means we strive to look after them and their data at all times.
