Whatever our background, lifestyle or family situation, there can’t be any of us who haven’t missed spending time with others this past year. Most of us have been unable to socialise with friends and family as much as we would have wished to – and lots of us will have missed spending time with work colleagues too.
The pandemic has been a lonely time for many of us and we can’t wait to ease back into our normal lives where we can work, relax and enjoy fun times together again.
As well as not seeing those who are already part of our lives, we have also been denied so many opportunities for meeting new people. We have not been able to go to social events and engage in workplace activities which might have been settings for new friendships and relationships.

The modelling industry is renowned for the opportunities it presents for getting to know other people and those already involved in the business have missed this in recent times.
As lockdown eases as we are all able to engage in more in-person assignments, it will be wonderful to be able to see old friends and colleagues and to get to know new ones.
Those just starting out in the modelling world will learn how rewarding it is to be working and interacting with other models on the same photoshoots.
They will also find out just how friendly the crew and other cast members can be and that some bookings result in lifelong friendships.
