Pregnancy evokes a range of emotions, many of which are unprecedented – to the mother and father. Even if it’s not the first pregnancy in the family, there’ll be a sense of excitement, the unknown, elation, trepidation…it’s not easy to keep track of all the moods running wild in a loving couple expecting a baby on the way.
The most important point to consider is the baby and mother’s health. During the nine months or so they’ll be jubilant highs and nerve-wracking lows, but this shouldn’t deter a mother-to-be engaging in activities that’ll be beneficial to the family. One of these activities is modelling. Is there a more exclusive genre in the modelling industry than maternity models?
Essentially, pregnancy should be celebrated – and what better way to show off your beautiful bulge than modelling? Models Direct has supplied many stunning pregnant ladies in all sorts of promotion shoots, advertising campaigns and TV work. Katie – a beautiful maternity model – was assigned to a promotional shoot for Aptamil®, a well-known baby brand made by Nutricia, part of the Danone group. With a revenue of over €25 billion and over 100,000 employees, Danone is a world-leader in food products, and one of many prominent clients we work with. Katie was quick to tell us how she (and her bump) was looked after. All our clients respect our models, although pregnant models are understandably afforded extra care and attention. Katie said, “I really enjoyed my recent shoot with Aptamil booked by Models Direct. It was a really fun shoot.
